Description of present and proposed best management praains at site, including snap. <br />3. Any uisting water quality data on stormx•arer duchargu. <br />4. For new jacilitie (beginning operations afros October 1, 1991), and jot all otherjacilitie applying after <br />July 1, 1943, certificmion as to the preparruion of a SWMP. (See Section V.B.3.a of the Rationale jot SWMP <br />certification requirements jot existing facilities applying on time.) <br />8. Permit Certifications <br />73ris permit is made up oJsexeral parrs, some ojx~hich do not apply to all petmittee (i. e., while most jariliries will <br />require coserage under the stormwater section 1. C, many wilt nor require coverage under the proces water section <br />I.BJ.
