Materials which could potentially pollute stormwater with hydrocarbons shall be stored
in enclosed containers and shall be bermed. All shall remain out of main traffic routes
and shall be located on impervious surfaces. Residual asphalt shall be stockpiled and utilized
for recycled road base to be utilized in the community.
• Stockpile materials shall be directed to the asphalt plant facility via a conveyor system on
the subject property.
Groundwater Protection
No groundwater contamination is anticipated, due to the following:
According to drill logs for the subject property, the depth of deposits average 69' and the
depth of the water table was logged at 59' in depth.
A Stormwater Management Plan and Permit exists for the subject property, which
outlines adequate mitigation of potential groundwater pollutants.
As stated in the above concrete and asphalt plant specifications, controls shall be in place
to address and mitigate against potential pollutants, as a result of the facilities.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact me at your earliest convenience.
Sincerely, ,
Sa" rah Kam~ski
Project Manager/Land Planner
