Approximate dates the proposed activity will commence and end: <br /> The proposed backfilling activity will occur during the following dates it each backfill <br /> area: <br /> I. Backfill Area #1: Commence in September of 2001 and end by December of <br /> 2001. <br /> 2. Backfill Area #2: Commence in September of 2001 and end by October 1 of <br /> 2001. <br /> 3. Backfill Area #3: Commence in October of 2001 and end by December of <br /> 2002. <br /> E. Affect of backfilled site post-mining configuration on post-mining land use: <br /> The post-mining configuration of the backfilled sites will conform to the existing post- <br /> mining configuration identified in the Reclamation Plan for Permit M-77-300. This <br /> configuration will have no effect on the post-mining land use. <br /> F. Avoidance of unacceptable voids and settling: <br /> The backfill materials will be compacted during placement in the backfill areas. <br /> Concrete rubble will be sized to maximum dimensions of 5 feet in length by 5 feet in <br /> width to prevent the formation of void spaces that could lead to unacceptable settling. <br /> Wood debris will be layered with inert fill materials and compacted during placement <br /> above the water table to prevent the formation of void spaces and unacceptable settling. <br /> Certification of F111 Material <br /> I, Vkvh,v 5•A, Quc�1m/z- , certify that the proposed backfill materials identified <br /> under Item B, No. 1 of this Notice are not acid or toxic producing. The proposed backfill <br /> materials are generally inert but contain some water soluble and putrescible solids <br /> together with other types of materials, including natural uranium ores. The proposed <br /> fill materials do not contain any acid or toxic producing materials. The information <br /> contained in this Notice of proposed backfilling activity is true and complete to the best <br /> of my knowledge and belief." <br /> Title <br />
