Chiappone <br />Re: Sand and Gravel Pits Standing in the Name of <br />Beaver Brothers, Inc. <br />Dear Ms. Chiappone: <br />Through the vehicle of this letter I will attempt to unravel a ~;eries <br />of misstatements, errors and delays relative to certain pits ste~nding <br />in the name of Seaver Brothers, Inc. <br />So [here will be no mistake, there are two pits in question which are <br />as follows: <br />1. The Moon Pit d~2. Its number is M-77'-443 and it is a permit for <br />less than 10 acres. <br />2. The River Pit ikl. Its number is M-77-444 and it is a permit for <br />more than 10 acres. <br />For ease of identification, I will refer to the pits in question by <br />name; namely, the Moon Pi[ and the River Pit. <br />My client The Moffat County State Bank foreclosed on the lands involved <br />in the two pits. On October 12, 1989, Greg Williams of the firm of <br />Rothgerber, Appel, Powers 6 Johnson, wrote to you on behalf of The <br />Moffat County State Bank and enclosed the annual fees. Unhappily, in <br />that letter a number of mistakes were made which were reproduced in my <br />I ___ subsequent correspondence and which have caused a great deal of <br />confusion. <br />In Mr. Williams' letter, he had the pit numbers transposed, de;,cribing <br />the River Pit as ik443 the Moon Pit as ip444.
