These materials were not in the file folder I received for review. <br />However, I did find some materials in the PR-05 file folder in your office that I <br />believe to be the majority of what the operator is referring to. The operator <br />should submit these pages with the proper date and revision number before <br />approval. All things considered, my issues are as follows: <br />1. Text page 2.05-65.2 states the culvert at the entrance to the pad is to <br />route drainage under the road and around the pad. Page DP-1 of the SEDCAD <br />materials states the runoff to the culvert consists primarily of light-use road <br />runoff. This information is contradictory and should be corrected as necessary <br />to be consistent. <br />2. The Figure 1 that is referenced in the SEDCAD text consists of regional <br />geologic structural information rather than NMD Power borehole information. <br />The operator should submit three copies of Figure 1. <br />3. The topsoil amount stated on page 2.05-65.2 for the pad itself seems to <br />include the road based on the bond calculations. <br />• Page 1 <br />
