responsible in our mining operations and if, on occasion, do happen to fall
out of con~liance, Siegrist and Cooley should be immediately wntacted and
notified of such violations.
6. Gravel mining needs and requirements are governed by local economy needs
on a year to year basis, therefore, such mining is governed by the local
economy. We are hopeful they will expedite the E-470 Corridor which will
allow for a more rapid completion of the mining operations on the property.
One issue was mentioned at the informal conference which relates to
replacement of the fence between the two properties involved. We are in the
process of taking bids to replace the fence on a permanent basis. This should
be accomplished within the next sixty days. The total property fence line
will be replaced from US 85 to Nome street. If it is deemed more appropriate,
we will be happy to screen the first 300-900 feet beginning at Nome street and
proceeding East, if such screening is requested by the adjoining property
owners.
Please advise if you have any further questions.
Sincerely,
COLORADO SAND AND GRAVEL
Robert L.
