Colorado Sand was not aware of the issues and will <br />take the necessary remedial action to correct the future mining operation. <br />Please refer to the listing of "objection topics". <br />1. Our operation and existing permit calls for clean fill materials. We have <br />no intention of putting other materials below the water table inconsistent <br />with the Colorado Department of Health regula*_ions. <br />2. We fully intend to have supervised placemen~. of the material and all such <br />materials that are brought in will be inspected. <br />3. Cooley Gravel Company are responsible operators and if the dust control is <br />a problem, they will immediately remedy the situation. This concern will be <br />brought to our attention immediately. <br />4. Gravel. mining operations of this nature need storage areas for various and <br />sundry parts, materials and equipment needed in the operation. We will, <br />however, have Cooley reassess the location of such storage areas, and if <br />necessary, will relocate. <br />5. Siegrist, as well as Cooley, have always been responsible in their <br />endeavors to properly mine and reclaim their properties. Siegrist has never <br />failed to fulfi7.1. their obligations with the Division of Mines & Geology, <br />Adams County or the Colorado Department of Health. We feel we have been <br />
