The subject of substitute acreage was discussed during the 11
in 1997. However, the Division will require that the operator obtain ap
Land Reclamation Board, in accordance with Rule 3.1.2, prior to apply
affected acreage which has not been successfully reclaimed according to t
existing reclamation plan.
a. The subject of access roads and reclamation was also discussed. Acc
approximately 2.07 acres or 90$ of the existing roads will be left folk
not require reclamation. The outslopes of all existing will be stabil
a grass mix. The Division concurs with this assessment; however, all r<
be considered to be affected land until the outslopes have been adequa
vegetation and the surrounding area that the roads services has been suc
Accordingly, all affected lands will be subject to the terms of the
reclamation permit and the Construction Material Rules & Regulations.
release for access roads will be granted upon completion of the criter
w disturbance that
ator will soon be
'.ease see attached
:ranty release for
amation plan.
