<br />Statutes, the Mined Land Reclamation Division hereby issues notice that on
<br />September 9, 1991, a technical revision application for a permit to conduct
<br />coal mining operations, File No. c-84-065, (?R - 09>, by NCIG Financial, Inc
<br />7476 East Arkansas Avenue, Unit 104, Denver, Colorado 80237, was deemed
<br />complete for the purposes of filing. All reviews and comment periods as
<br />provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from
<br />this day of filing.
<br />The applicant proposes to revise underground coal mining operations on the
<br />following lands:
