By reference b) the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology (CDMG) accepted the Revision complete for the purposes of filing; however, the <br />newspaper advertisement submitted was found to be deficient and required revision. The <br />purpose of this letter is to request [as we discussed, reference (c] additional information, <br />documentation, etc. with regard to technical adequacy of the Revision. <br />The retention of the lower sedimentation pond and ditch work, although closely connected to the <br />retention of the upper sedimentation pond (Technical Revision 12), is considered a separate <br />technical revision unto itself. Therefore, nearly all the documentation that was required for <br />Technical Revision (TR) 12 is required for TR 13. In this regard: <br />
