The elevation of the pond bank near the outlet of the culvert, and the future exit point of <br />the open channel, is 4782 feet. The southeast comer of the McNaney property is at <br />approximately 4784 feet. This means, as long as the channel invert is at or above the <br />lowest elevation of [he pond bank, water will not be backed up onto the.McNaney <br />property during normal conditions. The lowest elevation between the pond and the river, <br />the inverts of the channel, and the southeast comer of the McNaney property will be <br />surveyed upon reclamation to maintain positive drainage under normal conditions. <br />Please do not hesitate to call if you have any questions.
