The ponds have since been granted <br />permanent status. <br />The Division Provided the required notice to the Routt County Commissioners on <br />February 25, 1988 (certified mail), and newspaper publications occurred on <br />March 3, 1988 and March 10, 1988. No hearing requests were received, and the <br />decision became final on April 2, 1988. <br />Bond Adjustment (`~~ <br />A bond adjustmen 'has been approved pursuant to the procedures provided in <br />Rule 3.02.2(4) ( of the Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board for Coal fining. Specifically, the bond was reduced, based upon the <br />actual cost of reclamation, from $1,493,080 to $156,000. <br />The bond adjustment request was received on February 4, 1988, and it was <br />deemed complete on April 20, 1988. An inspection was conducted on May 9, 1988 <br />and May 10, 1988. Detailed bond cost calculations are available for review by <br />any interested party, and the methods used are those used for aRy bond <br />calculation produced by the Division. On August 9, 1988, the operation was <br />notified of our proposed decision to reduce the bond cost to $156,000, and the <br />Routt County Board of County Commissioners were notified of our proposed <br />decision (certified mail) on August 10, 1988. The required newspaper <br />publications occurred on August 25, 1988 and September 1, 1988.
