The design capacity for the proposed discharge pipe (Outfall 013) as stated in the <br />amendment to the CDPS permit is 0.072 MGD which equates to 50 gallons per minute <br />(gpm). In MCC's cover letter for MR-209, it states that flow from this discharge point <br />is expected to be 0-750 gpm. Please provide an explanation for the discrepancy between <br />the design capacity stated in the amendment to the CDPS permit and the expected flow <br />as stated in MR-209 cover letter.
