Please provide comments from DOW, as indicated by Rule <br />6.4.8(21. Please provide the wildlife information required by Rules 6.4.8(1)(a1, (bl and (d). <br />Vegetation Information--Exhibit J: Please provide the quantitative estimates of cover and <br />height for the principal species in each life-form represented, and the relationship of <br />present vegetation types to soil types, as required by Rule 6.4.10(1-la) and (b). <br />Legal Right to Enter--Exhibit N: Please provide the source of the applicant's legal right to <br />enter and initiate a mining operation on BLM lands, as required by Rule 6.4.14. <br />Please be advised that the amendment application for the Tozer Pit, may be deemed <br />inadequate and may be denied on October 19, 1998, unless the above listed adequacy <br />review items are addressed to DMG's satisfaction.
