Long
Division Dveaar
We have received your application for the above mentioned minor revision, and have deemed
it complete as of this date. Having completed our preliminary adequacy review, we have the
following questions and concerns.
1. Page 12-1-3 of the submittal states that brushing of the seismic lines will be
accomplished by hand, and that natural reinvasion of brush would preclude the need for
reseeding. Please include the anticipated maximum swath so that we can verify that
natural reinvasion of brush would transpire in a reasonable amount of time.
2. Page 12-1-3 includes a reference to "seed mix no. 3 as described in the Notice of Intent."
In the interest of maintaining complete records, we would prefer that referenced
materials be included in the application when possible. Please include a copy of the
referenced seed mix in this submittal, and revise the reference accordingly.
3. The submittal included a revised Page 13 of Tab 25. Please also revise Page 14 so that
the figures on both pages agree.
4. The text on Page 12-1-3 provides a total depth for the three proposed drill holes. Please
furnish the depth of each hole. Please also include, for the proposed monitoring well,
the formation in which it will be completed.
