Thy substantive proposed changed is to the small permanent ephemeral channel section which is part of the 2-West <br />portals site reclamation. Stover modified the design to allow fora 1.5' depth rather than 2' depth, to correspond to site <br />condition and accomodate the fact that BLM wanted road left in place, with a road dip for the channel crossing. Calcs <br />are included, that we should have a hydrologist look at. <br />Let me know what you think about these, and how to proceed. I would like to get them resolved before we do the <br />bond release inspection. <br />Thanks. <br />
