., ~~~~- EXHIBIT "A" A parcel of property, situate, lying and being in the County of Douglas and State of Colorado, to-wit: The NE1/4 of Section 19, Township 6 South, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M., EXCEPT the South 660 feet of said NE1/4; and EXCEPT that portion of the said NE1/4 lying Northeasterly of the Easterly right of way line of the Denver Board of Water Commissioners Highline Canal acquired by the United States Department of Defense, Department of Army, Corps of Engineers, known as Tract 268 in Condemnation Case No. C-2867, Chatfield Dam Project; and EXCEPT for that portion of said NE1/4 described by a Deed recorded December 19, 1968, to Albert C. Enax and Margaret E. Enax, grantees, in Hook 189 at Page 217 in the records of the Clerk and Recorder of Douglas County; and INCLUDING the North 20 feet of the NW1/4 of Section 19, Township 6 South, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M.; and INCLUDING that portion of Lot 10, Braley Acres, Filing No. 2, more particularly described as follows: Starting at the NE Corner of Lot 10; thence South 193 feet; thence East on a line parallel to the North boundary line of said Lot 10, a distance of 100 feet; thence North on a line parallel to the West line of said Lot 10, 193 feet; thence West along the North line of said boundary to the point of beginning, Approximately 72 acres, more or less, but please note the area to be affected is shown by the Maps in Exhibits "B", "C", "D" and "F" as 24.2 acres at a maximum, 1/3 of this legal description provided above, the total property owned by the owner/operator, and the affected area is shown on the maps, as stated, to be the easternmost 1/3 of the property, which borders on the Denver Board of Water Commissioners Highline Canal right of way.
