., <br />~~~~- <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />A parcel of property, situate, lying and being in the County of Douglas <br />and State of Colorado, to-wit: <br />The NE1/4 of Section 19, Township 6 South, Range 68 West of the 6th <br />P.M., <br />EXCEPT the South 660 feet of said NE1/4; and <br />EXCEPT that portion of the said NE1/4 lying Northeasterly of the <br />Easterly right of way line of the Denver Board of Water Commissioners <br />Highline Canal acquired by the United States Department of Defense, <br />Department of Army, Corps of Engineers, known as Tract 268 in Condemnation <br />Case No. C-2867, Chatfield Dam Project; and <br />EXCEPT for that portion of said NE1/4 described by a Deed recorded <br />December 19, 1968, to Albert C. Enax and Margaret E. Enax, grantees, <br />in Hook 189 at Page 217 in the records of the Clerk and Recorder of <br />Douglas County; and <br />INCLUDING the North 20 feet of the NW1/4 of Section 19, Township 6 South, <br />Range 68 West of the 6th P.M.; and <br />INCLUDING that portion of Lot 10, Braley Acres, Filing No. 2, more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />Starting at the NE Corner of Lot 10; thence South 193 feet; thence <br />East on a line parallel to the North boundary line of said Lot 10, <br />a distance of 100 feet; thence North on a line parallel to the West <br />line of said Lot 10, 193 feet; thence West along the North line of <br />said boundary to the point of beginning, <br />Approximately 72 acres, more or less, but please note the area to be <br />affected is shown by the Maps in Exhibits "B", "C", "D" and "F" as 24.2 <br />acres at a maximum, 1/3 of this legal description provided above, the <br />total property owned by the owner/operator, and the affected area is <br />shown on the maps, as stated, to be the easternmost 1/3 of the property, <br />which borders on the Denver Board of Water Commissioners Highline Canal <br />right of way. <br />The mailing address for this property, although not the street address, <br />is Route 1, Box 78, Littleton, Colorado 80125. <br />EXHIBIT "A" - Legal Description <br />
