<br />Minerals and Geology an application to renew a valid existing permit to wrYhx:t
<br />coal mining and reclamation operations far the orchard Valley Mine.
<br />'The Orchard Valley Mine is locats3 in Delta County, approximately four (4) miles
<br />north of Paonia, Colorado. 'IIie coal to be mined during the renewal term is
<br />federally awned and underlies both privately and federally owned surface Iands.
<br />The permit area erxxm~asses approximately 8088.72 access. The surface facilities
<br />are located in portions of Sections 23 and 24, Township 13 South, Range 92 West;
<br />and Section 29, Township 13 South, Range 91 West of the 6th P.M.. ~e legal
