Both system check recommendations <br />were "issue". <br />3.1.8 Proposed Decision Date <br />A proposed decision was reached on August 18, 1997. Afrer consideration of the comments from <br />Colowyo on the August 18, 1997 Findings of Compliance, a proposed decision was reached on <br />October 30, 1997, based on October 30, 1997 Findings of Compliance. <br />3.1.9 Public Notification of Proposed Approval and Issuance of the Renewal <br />Notice of the proposed decision of August 18, 1997 was published in the Craig Daily Press three <br />time (twice required), August 26, September 2, and September 9, 1997; and letters of proposed <br />decision notification sent to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Natural Resources Conservation <br />13 Revised October 30, 1997 <br />
