3.1.4 Status of Permit Stipulations <br />Prior stipulations to the Permit have been resolved. There aze no current stipulations to the <br />Permit. No stipulations aze incurred with this Permit renewal. <br />3.1.5 Status of Technical Revisions (TR) <br />This section reviews Technical Revisions processed since the findings of Renewal Number 2, <br />June 23, 1992. <br />TR 43 Reclamation Cost Estimate. This TR is in process concurrently with the <br />Application. <br />TR 42 Comprehensive Update. This TR provided current information in support of the <br />Application. In summary, the revision updated the Introduction Section; Section <br />2.03 with regard to contiguous subsurface owners, other Permits, and public <br />notice of the renewal, and added the Shefstead coal lease to the Permit; Section <br />2.04 addressed the addition of supplemental cultural resources information; <br />Section 2.05 described current mining and reclamation practices, and modified the <br />reclamation seed mix; Section 3 provided for a current bond estimate; Section 4; <br />Exhibit 1 (included the Shefstead Coal lease); Exhibit 5 (included a recently <br />completed cultural resources exploration report; Exhibit 7 included a current Spill <br />Prevention and Countermeasure Plan and a Section 16 Taylor Ditch design; <br />Exhibit 8 (new Air Permit 95MF10540); Postmining Topography Map 19 <br />(forthcoming Map ]2, Hydrology, South Area and Drawings 20, Premining and <br />Postmining Cross Sections, 33 and 33A, Premining and Postmining Drainage <br />Profiles); Map 23 (Mine Plan, South Area); revised Map 28 (Topsoil Handling, <br />South Area); and Map 29 (Spoil Grading). <br />TR 41 Sediment Pond Design Review (in process). <br />]0 Revised October 30, 1997 <br />
