Attachment A to this <br />correspondence lists revised permit pages and maps Trapper feels the Division has accepted and may be <br />incorporated within our current permit. <br />We feel the following issues still remain [o be accepted. <br />1. Orohan topsoil stockpiles and excess topsoil <br />Trapper correspondence of 7/25/96 addresses [his issue. <br />2. Midterm reclamation bond chanties <br />This issue is being handled under Minor Revision MR-152. <br />3. Ashmore pit ash disposal area reerade plan <br />Being submitted by Trapper. <br />4. Revisions concernine scecies diversity and veeetation sampline melhodoloev <br />Submitted to the Division under the bond release plan revision (TR-71). <br />5. Revision concernine water quality data for the purpose of bond release demonstrations <br />Trapper feels this issue should be deal[ with during the bond release procedures and data collection. <br />Trapper proposes that the pages/maps that have been accepted during the midterm review process be incorporated <br />into the permit. The remaining issues will be implemented as approval is given. <br />Please contact me concerning this request.
