<br />-3- <br />The Colorado Department of Health, Water Quality Division, began <br />enforcement of the Storm Water Provision of the Federal Clean Water <br />Act on October 1, 1992. Please contact Sarah Plocher or Kathy Dolan <br />at 692-3609 for details on how to apply for a stormwater permit. <br />(The process of applying for this permit will not delay the decision <br />date for this application.) <br />Please provide proof of publication and proof of notification to all <br />landowners within 200 feet of the permit boundary. Xeroxes of the <br />signed green card from certified mailings will serve as proof. <br />Rule 1.5.1 states that all changes and additions to the permit <br />application must be filed with the Division and with the County Clerk <br />and Recorder. The applicant must also provide the Division with an <br />affidavit or receipt demonstrating that the change was filed with the <br />County Clerk and Recorder.
