Long <br />Division Director <br />Listed below are adequacy review comments on the above-captioned <br />permit application. Please submit your responses by <br />September 13, 1993 so that they may be reviewed by the Board Ordered <br />approval date of September 25, 1993. <br />Exhibit C - Pre-Mining and Mining Plan Maps <br />1. Map 5 identifies Louisiana Pacific Corporation as the landowner <br />to the west of the permit boundary and the Colorado River Land <br />Corporation as the landowner to the east of the permit. <br />Exhibit C narrative, however, identifies these landowners on the <br />east and west, respectively. Please clarify this discrepancy and <br />submit Map 5 revisions if the map is determined in error. <br />2. The Independent Gas Company propane storage area on the <br />Blackwell Lease is identified as being adjacent to the permit. <br />The applicant has identified future mining on the east end of the <br />permit. Pending clarification of No. 1, if the applicant commits <br />to mining no closer than 200 feet to these structures, no <br />compensatory agreement(s) with the owner(s) are necessary. If <br />the applicant intends to mine within 200 feet he must submit a <br />signed agreement between himself and each landowner stating <br />agreed-upon compensation should damage occur to their structures <br />(Section 34-32-115(4) of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act. <br />Please submit documentation that, as stated, the proximity to the <br />Kremmling Airport of this permit expansion has been approved <br />through both Grand County and the FAA. <br />
