work will generally be accomplished with a medium sized dozer, in some instances a motor <br />Bader might also be used in relatively flat areas; ripping and scarifying of roads and flat surfaces <br />can often be most effectively done with a motor grader or tractor equipped with a scarifier rather <br />than with a dozer. <br />Other than using an underground mine loader to place debris in the decline, no other <br />specific equipment recommendations are suggested for reclamation of the Topaz site. <br />The Operator understands that the Division will update the reclamation bond based on the <br />recently accepted Technical Revision for the Permit and the proposed Final Reclamation Map <br />submitted by the Operator.
