To aid
the Division in consolidation of the complete reclamation plan and in updating the final
reclamation bond estimate, the Operator provides the following responses to the Division's
January 7 correspondence.
Undated Reclamation Map
New map is accepted in present form, .. ,and includes all items specific to recent inspections
and recent Technical Revision.
Response: No Response.
Anomalous spot elevation, ... ,does not require correction.
Response: The posted elevation is probably not in error, rather the "original"
contours shown in this area should have been revised slightly due to the excavation made here.
If one contour interval is redrawn to pass above the flattened area (worker parking area), such
that there is a cut bank above the flat area, then the spot elevation would fit and the
representation would be a bit more precise. This was a minor oversight when the map was
updated.
Updated Reclamation Costs
Even with careful placement, this (placing debris in decline) may require beginning the
bac)~lUburial at least 100 feet in from the entrance.
