This replacement drawing was prepared by Golder Associates and shows the additional <br />two feet of height proposed for the Phase II toe berm. <br />Also attached for convenience are two replacement pages for Volume III, Appendix I of the <br />Amendment No. 7 application. Replacement page 5 of 19 reflects a nunor increase in the material <br />allowed to pass a U.S. Standard No. 200 sieve for the coarse shaft backfill and fine shaft backfill. <br />This was discussed during our meeting on March 5, 1999. The attached replacement page 2 of 4 <br />adds a specification for maximum air entrainment in the cast-in-place concrete of 2% to 3%. <br />A check (# 04725) in the amount of $875.00 is enclosed for processing of the technical revision for <br />the toe berm raise.
