EXHIBIT D
MINING PLAN
Very little has changed from the original mining plan. Mining Phases 10, 11, 13 will not be
mined and have been removed from the permitted area. Currently the Bestway Paving is
mining a portion of land on the northwest side of the permit area (Phase A). Gravel depths
pinch out to the north in Phase A. Following the completion of Phase A, Bestway will mine
out the remaining deposit, Phase B. A large portion of this area has been has been partially
mined. Both Phases are expected,to be completed in five years.
The northeast corner of the site, 4ere the administration building, maintenance shop, asphalt
batch plant, and various other buildings and storage tanks, has been removed from the permit
area. These structures are actually associated more with the asphalt paving business and will
be permanent. The asphalt plant is currently and will continue to be supplied with rock from
other locations to run the operation once the Pit No. 1 deposit has been mined out.
All other aspects of the mining plan will remain unchanged.
