The page numbers for the following drawings were revised in
the Volume 1 map and drawing index. Please change or add the
appropriate page number to the drawings in the Division's
records.
Map No. Old Paae No. New Pa4e No.
CS-1195A 2.05-21 2.05-21a
C8-1196A 2.05-22 2.05-22a
C8-1197A 2.05-23 2.05-23a
C8-1198A Delete Drawing - Superseded by C8-1197A
C8-1190 2.05-36 2.05-35a
CB-1191 2.05-43 2.05-43a
20. Pages 2.05-29, 2.05-32, 2.05-35, 2.05-36 and 2.05-37 were
revised to commit to a reclamation schedule for the Hubbard
Creek and Bear Creek facilities.
21. The Bear Creek substation had two transformers and three oil
circuit breakers in service at one time. One of the
transformers, 5-06, was determined to be PCB contaminated
during the 1979 testing. The other oil filled devices at the
substation were determined to be NON-PCB. It is noted on the
1981 Annual Report, Units in Service, that S-06 was determined
to be NON-PCB and taken off the list based on 8-18-81
sampling. Only the three oil circuit breakers remain at the
Bear Creek substation and they are all NON-PCB.
22. All of the transformers on your list except two were
determined to be NON-PCB contaminated (less than 50 ppm)
during the 1979 testing and therefore not carried on any
future lists. The two transformers on you list that were PCB
contaminated were 5-03 and 5-32. It is noted on the 1981
Annual Report, Units in Service, that 5-03 was determined to
be NON-PCB and taken off the list based on 8-18-81 sampling.
It is noted on the 1980 Annual Report, Removed from Service,
that 5-32 was removed from service on 8-12-80 and transferred
to the Geneva Mine in Utah.
