Following are BRL's responses
to the DMG's concerns:
1. - 4. No response required.
5. Enclosed are revised maps 52-1-012, 52-1-013 and 52-1-014 which present the
correct road alignment for haul road station 92+00 and above.
6. BRL does not intend to keep the present road leading from the portal bench to
the utility bench in place. The road shown on Map 18 is a new light use road, to
be constructed on the reclaimed surface, and it is not related to the existing light
use road.
7. No response required.
8. Enclosed is revised Map No. 14 which includes the timetable for the mining
sequence throughout the five year permit term. The mine plan was revised with
this submittal, therefore revised Map No. 27 is also enclosed.
MAR 0 4 1998
Division of Minerals 8 Geology
9. - 22.
