The spillway is located approximate.Ly here and <br />16 it comes down and outlets in the area of ~.he <br />17 collection pond. <br />18 The purpose of the reclamation plan is <br />19 to establish a drainage pattern that approximates <br />20 pre-mining condition and also to allow routing of <br />21 flood flows across the tailings impoundment without <br />22 damage to the integrity of the tailings disposal <br />23 area. <br />24 The design criteria for the low flow <br />25 channels for the tailings impoundment was the <br />AGREN, BLANDO & BILLINGS <br />
