One has to do with <br />l0 legitimate technical considerations related to the <br />ii facilities proposed in the amendment and matters <br />12 which are within the Board's jurisdiction. <br />13 Another focus is that there is a genuine <br />14 controversy in the valley about this project over <br />15 matters which do not concern this Board, and we <br />16 would encourage the Board to keep its eye on the <br />17 ball and keep the proceedings today focused <br />18 narrowly. I appreciate your comments in that <br />19 regard. <br />20 We will do and confine our presentation <br />21 in a similar fashion.
