`_
Mr. Peter V. O'Connor -2- October 23, 1985
4-a. The actual disturbance associated with IRI's Bulk Sampling Program
(Limited Impact (110) Permit) was approximately 2.0 acres.
Consequently, $5,000.00 should be adequate to cover the reclamation
work.
4-b IRI will be submitting amended Financial and Performance Warranty
forms in the near future. The Performance Warranty will be in the
amount of $66,675.00 ($61,675 + $5,000). The legal description of
the disturbance in Section 27 is NW;NE;. Actual mining activities
in this area were completed in early 1984. A building and various
types of plant equipment remain on-site. We plan to utilize this
equipment in conjunction with our planned Pilot Mining Program, so
we will move the equipment and building to the Pilot Mine location
when construction for that facility is initiated. Subsequently, the
site will be reclaimed. Attached is a map which shows the location
of the Section 27 disturbance with respect to the Pilot Mining
facilities planed for Section 26.
If you have any further questions, please let me know.
Very truly yours,
Martin A.
