Included in the following discussion is written confirmation of responses to
questions raised in your October 15, 1985 letter and given to you verbally on
October 22, 1985.
Exhibit D - Mining Plan
1. The disturbed area:> associated with the water well and water pipeline are
1.0 and 2.9 acres, respectively. Note that the pipeline disturbance is
approximately 12 feet wide by 10,000 feet long.
The water well, when no longer needed by the Project, will be either
cemented or transferred to BLM ownership. The well field area will be
reclaimed in a manner similar to that described for the plant site. The
pipeline route will be left unreclaimed until after cessation of project
operations to provide maintenance access along the pipeline and to the
well area.
