You may appeal the Division decision to the Mined Land <br />ReclaeHtlon Board by submitting a written Request for administratlye Appeal to the <br />Division xtthln sixty (60) days of the date of the dectslon (please refer t0 <br />C.R.S. 3t-32-107(2)) and Rule 1.7.4. <br />Notice Of Permit Transfer 1s acknowledged 1n the monthly activity report attached to the <br />monthly Board Agenda. <br />Once the Permit Transfer document is approves, the originally submitted Performance and <br />Ftnanclal Marrantias will be returned to the previous operator, as the previous operator <br />is no ipnger reSpons161e for the reclamation of the transferred operation. <br />NOTICE TO SUCCESSOR OPERATOR: <br />1) Once the Permit Transfer is approved, you will be responsible for malntalnlnq the <br />mining and reclamation operations in compliance with the Mined Land R¢clamatlon act <br />and the Mineral RuteS and Regulations. <br />2) All of the application materials, as amended and suDDlem¢nted, are an integral part <br />of th! Dermtt. They have been incorporated into the permit by reference. We <br />suggest you keep a copy of the permit, the permit apDllcetlon, and a coDY of the <br />rtqulatlons at the mtninq operation as a reference. if you are unable to secure a <br />copy of the permit application from the original operator, you may purchase a copy <br />Eros the Olvfslon. <br />3) Changes 1n the mtninq and reclamation operations that differ frets those doserlbed <br />in the Dermtt may rlqufre a revlslun lu tlrr permit. Ne suggest consultlnq the <br />Mineral Rulls and Regulations and/or contatting us to determine if a revision to <br />the Dermtt Is necessary. Rule 1.8 pertains to Amendments, Rule 1.9 to Technical <br />Rertslons, and Rule 1.t0 to Conversions. <br />4) On yoYr permit anniversary date Bath year, you MUST Submit an snnuai ft! and r¢pOrt <br />t0 tht Division.
