Persuant to the May 7, 1986 pre-mining inspection of the proposed <br />amendment area, the proposed seedmixture would better reflect existing site <br />conditions if: <br />1) Buffalograss replaced Streambank wheatgrass, and; <br />2) Skunkbrush sumac (Rhus trilobata) (.5# PLS/AC) replaced the <br />mountain mahogany shrub component o~tFie re vegetation seedmixture proposed in <br />the adequacy review. <br />Exhibit L - Reclamation Costs <br />1. Please adjust the reclamation costs to reflect 3H:1V slope <br />configurations. <br />2. Six inches of to soil replaced over 27 acres of major disturbance plus <br />90 acres of moderate is stur6ance totals approximately 94,400 cy of <br />replacement. This does not include the ADDITIONAL overburden replacement <br />yardage.
