In the section labeled Pre-Damage Monitoring, <br />the GMUG requests that the surface management agency also be <br />notified when damage is documented. <br />BRL -Page 36 was amended so the surace management agency <br />will also be notified when subsidence damage is documented. <br />p. General Comments <br />A. Seed requirements. <br />B. Noxious weeds eradication <br />C. Special Use Permits <br />BRL -Amended pages 2.05-53 and 2.05-53i present the seed mix <br />to be used to vegetate Forest Service lands. These pages also <br />contain BRL's noxious weed control plan. The DMG recommended <br />that three species be added to the USFS seed mixes. They are <br />included on page 2.05-53. <br />The operator will apply for and comply with Special Use Permits as <br />needed and in a timely manner. <br />q. Attached is a letter, dated December2f, 2000, from Jim Norfleet, <br />dam safety engineer for the Colorado Division of Water Resources <br />(CDWR). !n the letter, the CDWR is requesting that BRL submit an <br />appropriate subsidence and seismicity monitoring program. <br />BRL -Refer to the response to Division concern No. 1 above. <br />26. Permit Revision No. 4 cannot be approved unless a bond is provided that is in <br />compliance with Rule 3. At this time, the bond for Permit No. C-96-083 is not in <br />compliance, and Notice of Violation CV-2000-014 has been issued.
