J. J. Dudash - 2 - July 26, 2005 <br />7. The DMG notes that several holes have opened in the area of the two backfilled <br />portals and steel structures are exposed at both portal locations. There has been <br />some activity at the site in the past year to backfill the holes. <br />8. Bear does not believe it should be held responsible for high surface temperatures <br />that originate in pre-law B-Seam workings. <br />9. Bear does not have any new information regarding the mine fire. <br />10. The DMG's request to spray and/or mechanically treat several occurrences of <br />noxious weeds (tamarisk and thistle) is noted. Tamarisk and thistle have been <br />treated during the past year. <br />11. The DMG's comment regarding adding the soil testing and fertilizer plan to the <br />reclamation cost estimate is noted. <br />12.
