Introduction
The Colowyo Coal Company L.P. (Colowyo) submitted an application for a minor revision
(MR) to Permit C-81-019 to add a more detailed description of best management practices to
control air and water pollution at haul roads. The application was dated May 17, 1999, submitted
under Colowyo letter dated May 17, 1999, and received at the Division of Minerals and Geology
(Division) on May 19, 1999.
Rule 2.07.3(1): Upon submission of an applicationz jot permit or revision or renewal thereof, the
Division shall, within 10 drays of receipt of said application, review the submission and
determine if it is complete. z If the application is complete, the applicant shall be duly notified
