As <br />such, the diversion is located approximately 75 feet to the west of the <br />original plan. However, this diversion may be reconstructed slightly <br />upslope, to the est of the roadway. Some topsoil salvaged <br />during construction of the impoundments was used to place on the outslopes <br />of the tailings dam and cyanide pond and seeded. Some grasses and weeds <br />were beginning to grow on the seeded areas. During my inspection, topsoil <br />piles located in the lower impoundment were being moved upslope to the <br />
