After receiving your letter I checked <br />with her and she said their standards were also 3 to 1 for rangeland and said <br />that the 2 to 1 slope was a typo. <br />10.The access road will not be reclaimed because the owner of the property <br />desires to use it for his cattle. <br />11.The enclosed Exhibit E item M has been amended to reflect the 50.47 acres. <br />12.
