This revision changes the approved post-mining land use <br />from non-irrigated pastureland to residential or pastureland uses. The change is to page 15, <br />Exhibit E of the approved Pioneer permit. A revised page I5, Exhibit E is enclosed for inclusion <br />in the permit. <br />All other Exhibits or information remain the same in the approved permit. <br />ROBCo waives the 30-day Technical Revision decision review as specified under Construction <br />Materials Rule 1.9.1. ROBCo further understands that the decision review may actually be in the <br />90-day timeframe, although a faster approval time would be appreciated. <br />I have enclosed a $150 check for Technical Revision fees. ROBCo concurrently filed this <br />Technical Revision request with the Douglas County Clerk and Recorder's office in Castle Rock, <br />Colorado. In addition, and as requested by the Division, ROBCo is sending certified copies of <br />this Technical Revision request with attachments to Owners of Record of surface lands that are <br />within 200 feet of the boundary of the affected lands. <br />I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
