o ~oii oiooiooiooooooio~ <br />999 <br />a EXHIBIT D <br />DINING PLAN <br />.~A7DF~~Y' 1 - Acerage added to Permit <br />This amendment is to add 9.40 acres +/- to the affected <br />lands in the Walstrum Mine. Of this area, 5.42 acres +/- is land <br />in Stage S that was replaced by land described in the Technical <br />Revisions dated May 15, 1984 and June 14, 1984 and accepted by <br />the Board. It also includes 1.96 acres +/- label Stage Z. The <br />remaining 2.02 acres +/- are located in Stage and is undisturbed <br />area, The area outlined in green on Map Exhibit C Affected Lands <br />Map is the area being added by this amendment. We will rename <br />Stages Pe and Pw to Stages X and Y. Clear Creek County limited <br />the use of Stages X to 9 months maximum and Y 1 year maximum. At <br />the end of these time periods the zoning will revert to MR1 and <br />Commercial 1 respectively. Stage S will be smaller than originally <br />permitted to allow further changes in the mining and reclamation <br />a plan, Stage W will remain undisturbed area. Please refer to the <br />mining and reclamation timetables for the modifications made to <br />each Stage. <br />Af~AIDC~SA]T 2 Alen Stage and Fill <br />This amendment will add a Stage Z which will be filled and <br />revegetated. The plan call for filling portions of this stage <br />with overburden from the mine to make a level area suitable for <br />uses compatible with the present zoning of Mountain Residential 1 <br />(MR1). The entrance road was widened to allow access for adjoining <br />property owners who are operating a small mill operation for gold. <br />5 <br /> <br />
