Our itemized review comments are set forth in the enclosure, numbered to <br />correspond to the organization of the cover letter to your submittal dated December 17, 2002. <br />Please contact me if you have any questions, or if you would like to meet to discuss any of the <br />concerns addressed herein. The decision deadline for this revision is February 28, 2003. Given <br />the remaining adequacy issues, ft may not be practicable for you to prepare and submit final <br />responses and amendments within the short time frame that would be necessary for the Division <br />to meet this deadline.
