Approximately 20 acres will be reclaimed at <br />a time. <br />All slope gradients during and after mining will be 3:1. <br />A revised Reclamation Plan Map has been submitted to correct the inadequacies of the first one. <br />The memorandum of understanding between the Division of Minerals & Geology and the <br />Division of Water Resources for exposed surface acres shall be sufficient for the next few years <br />of mining. <br />It is indicated previously in this letter that the diked area between Phase I and Phase III will not <br />be mined. Since this area will no longer be mined the maximum disturbance will now occur <br />during the mining of Phase II. Since this acreage of approximately 11 acres is similaz to the <br />original bond, we aze requesting that the bond remain the same. <br />La Plata County has been added to the mining map as the owner of County Road 521 (Buck <br />Highway).
