EXHIBIT O -Owners of Record of Affected Land (Surface Area) and Owners of <br />Substance to be Mined <br />All surface and mineral rights of the lands affected by the permit changes in this <br />amendment have been controlled by Sunnyside Gold Corporation by duect ownership or <br />leases and agreements. With the transfer ofthe buildings and water treatment plant to <br />Gold King Mines Corporation, the building and land ownership has been consolidated. <br />The following is a list of current owners of record. <br />• Sunnyside Gold Corporation <br />• Gold King Mines Corporation <br />• Joy Manufacturing <br />San Juan Corp. will become an owner upon Sunnyside's release from the Consent Decree <br />replacing Sunnyside Gold Corporation on the above list. <br />O-1 <br />
