EXHIBIT N -Source of Legal Right-To-Enter <br />The changes that have occurred or aze planned aze listed below. <br />American Tunnel Area <br />Sunnyside has deeded the water treatment plant and other buildings except the quonset <br />building to Gold King. Sunnyside's right-to-enter has been based on Easement <br />Agreements that have been relinquished to Gold King. Any reclamation requirements that <br />remain for the American Tunnel permit azea aze to be assumed by Gold King per the <br />Sunnyside-Gold King agreement. <br />The Herbert Placer and two unpatented mill-site claims (Gladstone and Bridge) aze to be <br />deeded to San Juan Corp. upon ternunation of the Consent Decree per the Sunnyside-San <br />Juan agreement. The portion of the Herbert Placer that the quonset building and settling <br />ponds aze on is to be leased back to Gold King upon this transfer per a sepazate <br />agreement between Gold King and San Juan. <br />N-1 <br />
