?t • • <br /> <br />TRINIDAD BASIN AMENDMENT STIPULATIONS <br />The staff would recommend and request approval by the Board of the <br />Trinidad Basin amendment with the following stipulations: <br />1. The proposed haul road is specifically not approved at this <br />time. Remaining Staff concerns must be addressed and approval obtained <br />prior to construction of the road. <br />2. With regard to new structures - Prior to the installation of <br />any additional ditches, ponds, or culverts, approval must be obtained <br />from the MLR Staff, subject to ratification by the Board at the next <br />regularly scheduled meeting. Such approval must be obtained and construc- <br />tion completed prior to any mining in areas controlled by these structures. <br />a. With respect to culvert C-6, approval must be obtained <br />and the culvert installed prior to April 1, 1981. <br />b. With respect to sediment control facilities at the rail <br />loadout facility, approval must be obtained and the struc- <br />tures installed by April 1, 1981. <br />3. With respect to the rail loadout facility - At least fifteen <br />(15) days prior to the installation of any water, sewer, or gas lines <br />at the rail loadout facility, TBM present the Staff with an adequate map <br />identifying the proposed location of these lines. <br />
