Twentymile Coal Company revised page 2.05-9 appropriately. 21. The Division's January 14, 2000 adequacy letter asked, Revised page 2.05-/79 indicates tha! "mining occurred in 1887 ". 4Ve believe this to be a typo that needs to be corrected. No response was received from Twentymile Coal Company that this error would be corrected. Please submit revised page 2.05-179 to reflect the correct mining date. 22.a) , The Division's original question, stated in the Mazch 2, 1998 letter, asked, The discussion of the subsidence of County Road No. 27, on page 2.05-176, states that, "Twentymile Coal Company commits [o provide an as-built certifrcation to Division of Minerals and Ceolo~ upon completion of specified mitigation measures. " Has this certifcation been submitted to the Division? If so, please direct the Division to which exhibit it may be located. Twentymile Coal Company's cover letter, received Febntary 23, 1999, responded to the Division's request with the statement, "The certification will be submitted under separate cover, as Twentymile Coal Company is obtaining another copy from Dr. Breeds." The Division repeated the question in the September 10, 1999 adequacy letter and requested, Twentymile Coal Comparry's letter dared February 23, 1999 indicates that County Road 27 as built certification would be sent under "separate cover. " The Division does not believe this document was sent. Please submit this information. The Division's January 14, 2000 letter asked the question, Twenrymile Coal Company's cover letter dated November 12, 1999 states, "The as-built for the road mitigation work is attached. " There is no indication of which exhibit or figure contairu this as-built. The Division surmised the as-built was submitted as Exhibit 7f-I. Exhibit 7f-1 discusses an "as-built " by Epp and Associates reviewed by Chris Breeds, but no actual "as-built "was submitted Exhibit 7f- I is amodel, not an "as-built" certification. /s this "as-built"submitted elsewhere? Ijso, please sped the location, and if not, please provide the as-built information. Twentymile Coal Company provided the following response in the January 15, 2000 letter, "The submittal of 11/12/99 does go into Exhibit 7f-1. The submittal does certify that it was built in general conformance with the design. Dr. Breeds has been contacted and he will be forwazding a copy of the drawing within a week that can be inserted into the exhibit." As of January 31, 2000, the design drawing has not been submitted to the Division. Please submit a copy of the "as-built" design drawing for the road mitigation work. ~22.d) The Division's January 14, 2000 adequacy letter asked, The Division had requested Twentymile Coal Company revise subsidence monitoring discussion of the Eastern Mining District by discussing the district as whole.
