!~ ~• <br />Before the Mined Land Reclamation Board <br />Department of Natural Resources <br />State of Colorado <br />Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law <br />In the Matter of the Andesite Rock Company Amendment <br />The tined Land Declamation Board, on this day of <br />adopted by a vote of the following <br />Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law: <br />FINDINGS OF FACT <br />1. Andesite Rock Company filed its Application for Fermit <br />under the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act dated August 30, <br />1983. <br />2. Certain objections to the Application have been filed. <br />3. Notice of the filing of the Application was published <br />pursuant to section 34-32-112, C.R.S., and mailed to the owners <br />of surface rights and adjacent landowners pursuant to said <br />section. <br />4. A copy of the Application was available for public <br />inspection at the office of the board and at the office of the <br />Clerk and Recorder of Boulder County, Colorado. <br />5. Pre-Hearing Conferences were held on January 1, 1984, <br />and on April 9, 1984. <br />6. A public hearing was held on April 25, 1984. <br />CONCLUSIONS OF LAW <br />1. The Application is complete. <br />2. The Applicant has paid the required fee. <br />3. No part of the proposed mining operation, the <br />reclamation program, or the proposed future use is contrary to <br />the laws or regulations of this state or the United States. <br />
