O'Connor: <br />This letter is written to you pursuant to the Notice For <br />Pre-Hearing Conference in the Matter of the Andesite Rock Company <br />Amendment. <br />It is believed that the exhibits have already been identified, <br />but if not, they will be the application and all attachments. <br />The witnesses will be Mr. Staebell, an officer of the parent of <br />Andesite Rock Company who will testify as to general, overall <br />corporate policy and planning, with specific emphasis on the <br />quarry at Lyons. Mr. Servold is the President of Andesite Rock <br />Company, and' he will testify as to its operations for the past <br />ten years and the anticipated operations for the next ten years. <br />t•1r.
